Hey Reader, I learned a new word last week, courtesy of the brilliant Brene Brown. You're going to want to know it too! Confabulation. Confabulation: A lie, honestly told. It's fascinating. I've been thinking and talking about this concept for years, focused on the lies we tell ourselves that we believe without question. I've never had a word for it until this week. Hey Reader, Thursday night, near the end of a long, full week, I cut into an avocado only to discover it wasn’t ripe. If you're an avocado lover - you get it. It's the worst. I had a moment.
